Spring Open Gym Workouts with Coach Chris Sager

For any and all interested in Basketball

Spring Open Gym Workouts will be skills and drills based. The sessions will focus on Dribbling, Shooting, Passing, Defense, and various other aspects of Basketball.

WHO: 3rd - 6th Graders

WHEN: Wednesdays - April 22 & 29 / May 13 & 20

WHERE: West Manheim Elementary

TIME:

3rd and 4th Grade

Check in: 6:00PM - 6:15PM

Open Gym: 6:15PM - 7:15PM

5th and 6th Grade

Check In: 7:15PM - 7:30PM

Open Gym: 7:30PM - 8:30PM

COST: $40 for all 4 sessions

Rinks - 3rd & 4th Grade
